Leadership coach Patty Marmie will share useful tips and practical strategies to help make your work day more productive in 2015 and beyond.

About the Speaker  

Patty Marmie is a facilitator and coach with Leadership Resources. She facilitates personal and sales development programs, as well as workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions. Patty places a high value on living a balanced life and improving her own performance to more effectively leverage the talents of others. Prior to working with the Leadership Resources team, Patty served as a facilitator for the largest health care system in Wisconsin. During her time there, she organized retreats for hospital employees and coached hospital managers to develop and improve their facilitation skills. Patty held management positions with Frito-Lay, Inc., and the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. In addition, she developed self-directed work teams in union and nonunion environments. She has experience in running home-based businesses as well as coordinating a fundraising program which grew to more than $1 million of revenue on an annual basis. Leadership Resources works with successful, growing organizations to positively impact their culture.  They provide processes that identify, align and develop the emerging leaders in these organizations.
