Join the Association of Fundraising Professionals to hear from a panel of experts on issues affecting philanthropy and nonprofits. Jason Lee, general counsel for the Association of Fundraising Professionals, will speak about issues impacting philanthropy at the federal level. Nebraska State Senators will talk about issues on the horizon for the 2016 legislative session and how you can make your voice heard on concerns that impact your nonprofit.

Special note to AFP-Nebraska Members:

Think about the reasons you’re a member of the AFP Nebraska Chapter (code of ethics, education and training, online tools and resources, advocacy, and networking).  Now, think about someone you know who, like you, may benefit from becoming a member of AFP.  Invite them to join you at the next AFP-Nebraska Chapter monthly luncheon meeting you attend. 

Now through December, 2015, prospective new members who attend a regular AFP-Nebraska Chapter lunch meeting will receive a one-time, complimentary luncheon registration.  Who better to recruit new members than our current members?  Each of us can think of at least one prospective new member to invite, but remember, complimentary registration is limited to the next 25 prospective new members.  Please utilize this opportunity to enrich our membership and help our chapter grow by introducing someone new to AFP.
